ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Old Fourth Ward is a diverse intown community rich in history with many beautifully restored Victorian and Craftsman style homes and commercial properties. This area played a significant part in Atlanta’s history, namely as the place where Martin Luther King, Jr. was born, raised and preached. Old Fourth Ward is located just east of downtown Atlanta, east of I-75 and north of Ralph McGill Blvd. In recent years, OFW has continued to evolve and redefine itself. One big asset to the area has been the proximity to Freedom Parkway and the Atlanta BeltLine, which has inspired growth and community investment.
