After launching her real estate career as part of a top Atlanta team, Annagrace is now applying her education, experience, strategy, and love for the Atlanta area as a Lead Buyer Specialist with The Wieloch Group. Her keen sense of style and design helps buyers see themselves at home in an available opportunity, and her understanding of transaction intricacies can help them make it their home. A hard worker, Annagrace is focused on making sure her clients have the service, support and success they desire in their home buying experience.

Director of New Construction and Developer Services
Born and raised in the beautiful North Georgia mountains, Kelli Davis was walking construction sites with her builder father at an early age. Her career in real estate spans two decades, starting only as a means to get through college. Licensed in 1997, at the age of 19, she was the youngest to have ever joined the local board of Realtors. Kelli quickly earned recognition as “Rookie of the Year”, and then became managing broker of her family owned firm just 4 years later.
No stranger to adversity, and with a ferocious will to succeed, even as the Great Recession swiftly claimed N. Ga’s second home market, Kelli re-invented herself. Driving the winding byways in her native area, she found inspiration in Dahlonega’s wine country. Sure, it isn’t Napa, but the passion and tenacity she discovered through the purveyors there, coupled with beautiful landscape and palate pleasing varietals, her desire was to create a space which gave them proper exposure and support in the local restaurant scene. Within months, she opened, “The Vine”, a wine bar and bistro, where she showcased local wines (Wolf Mountain, Monteluce, Frogtown, just to name a few). Kelli curated the farm to table small plates menu, as well. The restaurant was situated in Blue Ridge’s historic downtown area inside an original building erected in 1918. With help of family, Kelli was able to see her vision come to life through careful renovation, all while maintaining the structural and historical integrity of the space. She sold the business in 2012, and to her delight, “The Vine” is still thriving.
Kelli made the move to Atlanta 6 years ago. She had stepped away from the real estate business temporarily, but never from sales. Kelli even sold bread. The most basic of commodities, but for an anything but basic company. She had the pleasure of working with Holeman & Finch Bread Company, alongside James Beard award winning Chef, Mr. Linton Hopkins and genius businessman, Joe Best. She helped launch the company’s frozen line with U.S. Foods, and her favorite part of the work there was reconditioning the minds of those behind the scenes in the hospitality world. Bread to many was just bread, but after spending time in the actual bakery with the artists behind that famous hamburger bun we can now enjoy at Suntrust Park, she was determined to spread the gospel for H&F. This reverence served Kelli well as she found herself fostering relationships with giants in the industry such as Ford Fry and Kevin Rathbun. She even caught the attention of mega corps such as Google and Georgia Power.
It wasn’t long until the real estate bug had bitten again, and Kelli found her niche in new construction with Traton Homes. The Marietta based builder, 46 years strong, gave her the introduction she needed in Atlanta’s competitive market. She successfully sold out a 24 unit townhome community within 5 months. The experience at Traton uniquely positioned her to make contacts with many of the top selling agents, brokerages, and builder/developer clients both inside and outside the Perimeter. She now joins Compass and The Wieloch Group as Director of New Construction and Developer Services.
