Lee began his active real estate business in April 2004, and he specializes in the Decatur and Intown Atlanta submarkets. Lee has attended around 400 Real Estate closings and he is never too busy to help you, your family, your friends and your coworkers with their real estate needs. Lee is known for his deep knowledge of everything Intown, earning him the nickname “The Intown Insider.” His professional sales career began after graduating from Furman University with a US Army ROTC scholarship in 1987. In 1990-1991, Lee served as a US Army Logistics Officer during the Gulf War. Lee is the proud Father of Kaylie, a 10-year-old artist who has a knack for characters. Back in 2015, Kaylie scheduled a play date with her second-grade friend, Sully and that night, Lee met Sully’s brother Will, and Lee also met Sully’s Mom, Mary. Mary and Lee become Husband and Wife in 2019!

Suzanne brings over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry to our team. She has been an on-site sales agent for new construction Condominiums, Townhomes, and Single-Family Homes. Along with her extensive knowledge of the new construction industry; Suzanne is able to skillfully represent buyers and sellers in resale transactions. She has an extensive knowledge of communities inside and outside the Perimeter. Suzanne prides herself on the relationships that she builds with clients based on trust, results and client satisfaction.

Acquisition Specialist

Ryan serves as a resource for our investor and developer sector. Consistently navigating through Atlanta’s in town neighborhoods, Ryan scopes out distressed property and helps our clients obtain off-market acquisitions within targeted areas.

Director of Operations

Abbie assists in running the behind-the-scenes at The Wieloch Group. Prior to her tenure with TWG, Abbie served as a Corporate Trainer for Chick-fil-A, Inc. and was a Director of Operations for a Real Estate Team in her hometown of Raleigh, NC. Abbie brings a high-level client-driven approach to her work. She is married to James and they enjoy traveling and spending time with their two Labrador Retrievers, Murray, and Charlie.

Client Care Coordinator

Katie is an Atlanta native who is passionate about creating a seamless client experience. She will help navigate you through the entirety of your real estate transaction, from listing coordination to closings. Katie is a Kennesaw State Alumnus with a degree in Communication and is also a licensed Real Estate Agent. Katie began her Real Estate journey by working as an Executive Assistant for a high volume team at Keller Williams. Prior to joining the Wieloch group, she worked on multiple Risk & Finance projects at SunTrust corporate. In her free time, you can catch Katie hiking a new trail or catching a Braves game at the Battery.
